Carpentaria accuminata, despite being from a very tropical area in Australia, has some cold tolerance & will survive temperatures down to about 30 F. In our environment, Carpenteria palms are very fast, adding about 4 ft of trunk each year. This gives them an 8.0 on a scale of 1-10. |
